Calling all Oktoberfest Fans & Pretzel Bread Lovers! 

Learn to create pretzel dough that is soft, chewy, buttery, salty and oh so delicious! Mary, owner of Sweet Connection Classes will walk us through all of the ins and outs to creating the perfect dough! Mary will also create a mustard that you can customize to exactly the ratio of sharp to sweet you desire.  Finally, watch how to whip up a savory cheese spread that has ample uses.  This class includes Mary's instruction, samples of the food, and Oktoberfest beer samples to wash it down! (Or root beer!)
